Piece of junk, they all stick after a while.
I’ve owned several Scanpan products. This fry pan, an 8-inch fry pan and a sauce pan. All stick after being used for a while. After I had problems with the first one I talked to the store I bought it from and to Scanpan. They said to use lower heat and don’t use cooking sprays. I followed those instructions with the next pan I bought and still had problems. I also tried the “restore” method mentioned in the manual using the steel wool that was included with the pan without any success.

When they were new they were great, but once they started sticking, they were worse than a regular pan without a non-stick coating. Plus the sellers won’t back them up. I tried to return mine under their “Lifetime” warranty, none of the stores selling them would take them back without talking to the distributor first. The distributor never returned my phone calls. Also a major consumer testing magazine that originally gave these a high rating retracted that rating after getting bad feedback from owners. You can read back issues in your library.

Scanpan, Wow!
My new scanpan is great! Before purchasing this pan I was wondering if there would ever be a real solution for nonstick cooking, but at last, here it is. Teflon, although great for nonstick, has a limited lifespan. This pan maintains its nonstick ability, yet DOESN’T peel! It cleans easily, I’ve followed the manufacturers instructions and have never had to scrub. This means carmalized onions, and, the all time sticker, eggs. The flat bottom distributes the heat evenly and works great on my glass top stove. No more need for scorching heats either, I’ve never had to use high heats to cook things properly. Simply stated, this is a great pan, get one if you love to cook.

The Delightful Scanpan
I had owned a small Scanpan fry pan for over 10 years, and though its titanium surface had discolored slightly, its nonstick properties remained undiminished. Two years ago I added this 12.5 inch fry pan, and it is a delight just like its littler but older brother. Perfect for anything that needs the extra room… bacon strips, omelets, fish, pancakes. Great for reductions, though the low sides can make splashover a factor if one isn’t careful. The base will take a tiny circle of heat and distribute it evenly all over the pan. I’ve been using this pan several times a week and its quality is as spectacular today as the day it came out of the box. I have since upgraded much of my cookware to products from the Scanpan Professional line, and my only regret is that the 12.5″ fry pan didn’t come from that series, as then it would match the rest! Scanpans are tough, it is titanium after all, but take good care of them anyway. Don’t use excessive heat, don’t use them to store food, don’t put them in a dishwasher, don’t leave them to soak in the sink… clean them straight away. Treat your Scanpans like any fine cookware and they should last a lifetime.

wonderful!
I switched to these pods from another brand, and can’t believe what I’d been missing! Note, I am not a coffee connoisseur, but I can tell a big difference. It makes a darker, creamier, non-bitter espresso, and you can’t beat the convenience of pods. Also, they are packed individually so they are always fresh. Definitely recommend.

The real deal!
I use them in my Francis*Francis, and my wife and I couldn’t be more pleased; she with the lattes (“I can’t tell the difference!”) and me with the demi-tasse espresso. Since the taste is “right on” and the price a fraction of other pods, this is the coffee discovery of a lifetime for Starbucks fanciers.
